  • Content and scheduling data: drafts, captions, links, media references, hashtags, publishing targets, scheduled timestamps, timezone settings, and posting outcomes.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device type, browser/app version, operating system, diagnostics, crash logs, and interaction events.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send to support.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and manage accounts;
  • connect and maintain social platform integrations;
  • schedule and publish content based on your instructions;
  • display post status, logs, retries, and error reports;
  • operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services;
  • provide customer support and service communications;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Automated Posting and Your Responsibility

If you enable scheduling or auto-posting, you direct us to submit content to your connected social platforms at the times you select. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your content.

  • You represent that you own or have rights, permissions, and licenses for any content you publish.
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and each platform's terms, policies, and community guidelines.
  • Platform-side moderation, ranking, visibility, restrictions, removals, or outages are controlled by those third parties and are outside our control.

4. AI-Assisted Features

SocialPostr may provide AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, or curation tools. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or unsuitable content. You are responsible for final review before publishing.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only as needed with:

  • Connected social platforms to perform publishing and account-related actions you request;
  • Service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, logging, support, and security;
  • Legal and compliance recipients where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, users, or the public;
  • Business transaction parties in connection with mergers, financing, acquisitions, or asset sales.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
